No one’s pulling punches this round.
This weekend I watched “Mary and Max” which was a stop motion animation film from Australia. I first decided to rent it because it was on some list of 100 best animated movies to watch and was one of the few I hadn’t seen, but didn’t know much about it. It’s kind of a strange film about a friendship built between two lonely people; a young girl in Australia and an older man in New York. The visuals were striking and though the story was more dark comedy, it was light enough that I really enjoyed it. It’s not a film for children as there are some candid references to sex, and it does go to some very dark places, but it’s well worth watching.
If el Loco is trying to head butt our Captain, that’s a fail. Striking your opponent’s forehead with the bridge of your own nose won’t hurt him much, but will likely break your nose.
I was trying to draw the headbutt but I guess I didn’t get the heads in quite the right position. Thanks for mentioning it and I’ll remember for next time.
