I hope everyone’s been having a good year so far! I’ve been thoroughly enjoying my Shounen Jump Alpha subscription, which I bought on the first. It takes me back to when I was living in Japan, where I would pick up the magazine every so often, which was usually when Houshin Engi was on the cover or I was at the convenience store and decided to blow money. While it’s great that I get the latest Bleach, Naruto, and One Piece, I’m so far behind on all three of those series that it’s going to be a while before I understand everything that’s going on. What I really love is the manga “Cross Manage.” I don’t usually like sports manga, but the characters in this one are so awesome, and the art so beautiful, that I’m growing to love it.
