This week, I borrowed a Wonder Woman graphic novel, Paradise Found, from the library. I’d stopped reading Wonder Woman a few years ago because I wasn’t impressed as to how they were handling the story, nor the drawing. I liked the way George Perez handled his Wonder Woman, and was saddened when other hands tried making her into just another sex symbol. Thankfully, this graphic novel harkens back to George Perez’ vision and the Greek mythology that I loved so much. I doubt I’ll actually buy it, considering like most American comics I have to buy some Justice League and Titans comics as well to get the entire plot, but it is a very fun read.
