That darn bird again!
Has anybody ever seen the show Due South? I used to watch it when I was in college and I’m now rewatching it with my husband. I love buddy cop shows, whether they be drama or comedy, and this one is one of my favorites. I spent most of the weekend watching season one and re-enjoying my college days. And whenever Ray pulls out his cell phone, I can’t help but think “Man, you could knock someone out with that thing!”
I also used to watch The Sentinel, another one of my favorite buddy cop shows.
Sure did. One of my favorite episodes in ‘Due South” was when the great LESLIE NIELSEN guest starred as Sgt. Buck Frobisher. I forgot the title of that episode, but the one of the most funniest scene in it was when Fraser and Frobisher entered a (the same) low life/riff raff bar (Fraser entered in search of his father’s killer), and Frobisher was greeted by a knife sticking on the door panel and Frobisher looking inquiringly at Fraser, who answered “Local custom” and that was that, hahahahaha… I miss this show.
That episode was great, wasn’t it? We just finished one where Frasier is holding a three-way conversation with his ghost dad and Ray with Ray not having a clue that Ghost Dad is there, and that was pretty fun too. I’m looking forward to getting to season 3 and beyond; those were some of my favorite episodes too.
It was a great episode. They just don’t do Buddy Cop comedy like “Due South” anymore.
