Those darn birds. They mess up everything.
I had made a comic series pitch to Sparkler Monthly last year and received the rejection letter this weekend. It stung a bit, but they were very nice to give me some critique. It’s not my first rejection letter so it was nice that they took the time to respond personally instead of sending form letters. Maybe the next time. Or the next time. Or… you get the drill. XD
Last week was the final Spiderforest comic of the week feature. I hope you guys enjoyed all the cool stuff the Spiderforest Webcomic collective has to offer! Tomorrow the Mysteries of the Arcana Kickstarter ends, so if you were looking at helping a great webcomic continue on it’s journey, take a look at the kickstarter. 🙂
I really don’t have much else to say at the moment, except to thank a friend of mine for alerting me to the Lizzie Bennet Diaries, which I’ve been watching like mad. If you like Jane Austen, you’ll love it.
Heehee. I knew you’d like it! ^_^ Glad I could help.
Henry, there’s being right and there’s being dead.
Don’t give up Henry! Your stiff beard will save you!….or a bird in the reincarnation of RALPH EDWARDS will…..
Raventross (cross between a Raven and an Albatross, cause that’s what this particular bird look like to me..) sends a telepathic message to the Medicine Woman, and the message is:
“MEDICINE WOMAN! Look at me! I am the reincarnation of RALPH EDWARDS, and THIS IS YOUR LIFE!!!” cue in backstage music and a narrative and collage flashes before the Medicine Woman’s eyes, showing her life from past to present….Go to commercial!
Will the Medicine Woman kill Henry? Will Captain La Salle learn of Yvette’s secret past? Will Mark manipulate Yvette and Captain La Salle to unwittingly assist him in his illicit activities? Tune in again folks this coming Thursday for the next exciting installment of Adventure and Romance on the High Seas, here at La Salle’s Legacy! Vote for La Salle’s Legacy on Top Web Comics today!
Hahaha, can I get you to write my commercials for me? XD
And the bird is actually based off the Magnificent Frigatebird, a bird common to the Caribbean Islands. It hunts by snatching prey from other birds and spends the majority of its time in the air. They’re quite fascinating and beautiful
Heh heh, Henry just doesn’t learn.
You did! I love it! 😀
