It’s another double page spread! Click here to view the page in a bigger format. ‘Cause I have to say I’m pretty proud of how that ship came out. And the expressions too. 😀
Also, the SpiderForest group is running a Kickstarter! It’s called Threads: A Gallery of Rogues and I actually have a short story in it. The work I’ve seen is amazing and if you love rogues and good storytelling it’s awesome. I’m squeeing with excitement, I can barely type. XD Spread the word if you can; let’s get this thing funded!
On a personal note- For two weeks in May I went on vacation to Seattle and an Alaskan cruise and I was in heaven (you can see a few pictures on facebook). I normally hate the cold weather but I was very willing to tolerate it because it is gorgeous up there. We werent’ able to do as much touristy stuff as I would have liked since we had to schedule around Toddles’ nap time but what I did see took my breath away and made me want to go back for more. When Toddles gets old enough, we will. It’s been a while since I’ve been able to travel and I’ve got the bug back so I’m hoping to plan some more trips soon.
The ship is marvelous.
Going someplace very very dark as Jonathan finally sees a side of his father which he has never seen before.
hmmmmm finding out your hero dad isn’t quite what you thought he was.
Yep. It’s a tough moment.
